In addition, our team, headed by Chef Andrea Santagiuliana along with six other chefs, will delight you with grilled meat and fish specialties. To finish on a sweet note, incredible desserts prepared with care by our pastry chef Anna Maria.
Established as a grill restaurant, Hidalgo specializes in meat dishes from around the world. You can see for yourself at our open kitchen.
